Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Eazetx Private Limited for using the EAZETX call-handling engine.
These terms govern your use of the EAZETX service provided by Eazetx Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
The service
EAZETX answers and places calls on your behalf and routes them to an outcome - resolving routine requests, booking appointments, taking orders, qualifying leads, or escalating to a person with context. The service runs on the phone lines you connect to it.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful calls you are authorised to handle.
- Do not use it to place calls that are deceptive, harassing or otherwise prohibited by law.
- Obtain any consents required in your jurisdiction for handling and recording calls.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
Calls and call data
You are the controller of the data belonging to the callers on your lines. You are responsible for informing callers and obtaining consents as your local law requires. We process call recordings, transcripts and captured details to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and honour the retention settings you configure.
Plans and volume
The service is offered on plans measured by monthly call volume. You may move between plans as your volume changes. If you consistently exceed your plan, we will work with you to move to a suitable tier. Fees for a plan are payable for the period to which they relate.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable and answering calls, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and make changes that keep the service secure and functional.
Escalation and outcomes
The engine resolves what it is configured and able to resolve, and escalates the rest to the humans you designate under the rules you set. You are responsible for staffing and handling escalated calls, and for the escalation rules you configure.
Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, Eazetx Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached. On closure, call data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and your retention settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
